The University of Alabama women’s golf team won their first national championship today!  That makes them the third sports team to win one for us this year, along with football and gymnastics.  Softball and men’s golf are also a possibility.  What if we had five national championships in one year?  Oh my goodness.  There’s a reason they call it Title Town.

Come to think of it, as long as Saban’s around and the Tide are recruiting and developing players the way they have the past few years, it’s hard to see a year when I don’t like Alabama’s chances.

I forgot how much I loved Barron. That number four jersey was a favorite of mine. I really hate seeing players leave.
